1. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials. One account per person. Providing false information may lead to suspension.
2. Purchases & licensing
Your purchase grants the license shown on the product page. Reselling, redistributing or publicly sharing downloaded files is prohibited and will terminate your access.
3. Payments
Orders are confirmed only after server-side payment verification. Chargebacks without a support conversation first will be contested with transaction logs.
4. Acceptable use
No attempts to bypass download security, scrape the marketplace, or upload malicious files as a seller.
5. Marketplace role
DigiWS is the merchant of record for direct products and a platform for seller products. Seller obligations are covered in the Seller Policy.
6. Liability
Products are provided "as is" per their documentation. Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product in question.
