Data we collect
Account data (name, email, password hash), order data (products, amounts, payment gateway transaction references), download logs (timestamps, IP), and support conversations.
How we use it
To deliver purchases, verify payments, prevent fraud, provide support and send transactional emails. Marketing emails are opt-in only with one-click unsubscribe.
Payments
Card and UPI details are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store card numbers or UPI credentials on our servers.
Data retention & your rights
Order records are retained for accounting compliance. You may request export or deletion of your personal data by writing to support. We respond within 30 days.
